If I were to describe a wedding as classy, simplistically beautiful and timeless, this is the wedding I would be thinking of. Caitlyn was so thoughtful to make each detail work together perfectly (not to mention, one of the most organized brides I’ve ever worked with). Caitlyn and Conner’s wedding was picture perfect. Their vision was to have a romantic wedding day and for it to be centered in their love for one another and their faith. They hoped for it to feel romantic, light and airy, but not too basic. Caitlyn and Conner wanted all their guests to be together as one family and feel their love for one another throughout the whole day.

Caitlyn and Conner had a very romantic wedding with lots of light-hearted fun and laughter with all their guests. Their wedding took place at Aurora Vineyards in Aurora, Oregon, which is one of my all-time favorite venues. This was my first of three weddings that took place their in the 2023 wedding season and it never gets old. The ceremony took place in the amphitheater while the reception was held inside. The welcome table was placed on the front patio and we used the back patio that overlooks the amphitheater for cocktail hour! The dance party took place on the covered patio around the corner. There are so many different spaces to use at the venue, so we tried to utilize them all! This is the kind of venue that you really don’t need to add much to because it is beautiful all on its own.

Where do I even begin on all the fun details these two added into their day?! Caitlyn and Conner brought in several rental items from Dash of Darling Party Rentals, which has now become my go-to for any event I host! They brought in a champagne wall that we also attached the seating chart to, a welcome sign with a flower box and created a beautiful photo op with their customized backdrop and green velvet sofa. In addition to the delicious cupcakes from Dylan’s Cakes, Caitlyn and Conner also had a candy bar for guests to stash up on. Lastly, they brought in the Sip and Bliss Mobile Bar for drinks! Not only is it the cutest mobile bar with amazing drinks, they also have the sweetest owners as well. Caitlyn and Conner made sure that their wedding day was one to remember! What a day filled with romance, joy and love.
